10 ways managers can relieve pressure job interview

Job interviews are the ultimate pressure cookers — for all participants.

Hiring manager with precious little hole is looking for that perfect recruit and doesn't want to recommend a wrong candidate. For current relationship with a recruiter can depend on its ability to provide relevant talent that is suitable to describe a particular job.

3. focus on the first five minutes.The first five minutes of interview talk a lot. Especially in the opening minutes of hiring managers look to see whether candidates demonstrate cultural fit and participate. 6. remove the table.Talking to a candidate — or anyone — from a large table with you creates pressure because it strengthens the role of the interviewer and the candidate. 7. Ask yourself what you really want to know that the questions that will help you decide whether or not the candidate a good fit for you and your company, instead of falling back to common questions.
